How can I get Free Shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over US$50 ($80 NZD/AUD) We ship orders from our locations in the USA, New Zealand and Australia - depending on where you are located. International order taxes and duties still apply: For international orders, outside of our domestic locations (USA, NZ & AUS), any applicable customs duties and taxes will still need to be paid, even if you qualify for free shipping. Postage will still be free for these international orders and taxes and duties will be calculated and charged at checkout.

What are your shipping fees?

United States Most orders ship within 24 hours (on weekdays) from our USA base, in Tennessee - Standard shipping is US$6 for orders under US$50 and once posted, will arrive within 2-6 days - Free standard shipping for all orders US$50 and over New Zealand NZ orders are sent within 24 hours on Weekdays and same-day when ordered before mid-day: - Standard shipping is via tracked courier post that takes 1-3 days to arrive once posted. - Standard flat rate of $7.99 up to NZ$80 - FREE delivery for orders NZ$80 and over (3 or more pairs). There is no extra cost for rural addresses. Australia Australia orders are sent from our Melbourne and are processed within 1 day (weekdays): - 2-6 working day delivery, once posted. - Flat rate of $9 anywhere in Australia for orders under AU$80 - FREE delivery for orders AU$80 and over (3 or more pairs) International (Excl NZ & AUS) - Delivery: 8-16 working days, shipping from Tennessee, USA - Free Shipping on 3 or more pairs (over US$50) - Standard Shipping: On orders of 1-2 pairs, shipping cost is calculated at checkout Note: If you qualify for free shipping, you may still have applicable tax or duties to pay depending on your county.
