There is a delay in my order being delivered
Delayed order? Thats sucks! We do our best to ship orders out as soon we can with reliable carriers.
Sometimes, though, for a small percentage of orders, there can be delays due to a wide array of reasons, from a sorting
machine breaking, public holidays, to strikes or wildfires.
Please check your tracking details via the tracking link sent when we posted your order, as that will give you the most
up-to-date info. In the majority of cases, it will get moving again soon.

What should you expect?
For 96% of orders, these are the expected delivery times:
For USA & Australian orders:
Your order should be delivered within 6 business days.
For New Zealand orders:
NZ orders ship from our Australian fulfilment centre and take 5–8 business days on average. If you need your socks
faster than that, you can also pick them up from one of our NZ retail partners who stock them.
At times, there are delays within the postal system that are out of our control, no matter how fast we get your order
sent.
If your order has not arrived in twice the expected time (12 business days for USA/AU, or 16 business days for NZ, after
it was shipped) please reach out to our customer service team by replying to your order email or contacting us here and
we will begin an investigation with the courier service. Once a response is received from the courier service,
undelivered orders will be fully replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).
For international orders:
Your orders should be delivered within 8-16 business days, and this varies from country to country and time of the year.
At times there are delays within the postal system that are out of our control, no matter how fast we get your order
sent.
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after it was shipped please reach out to our customer service team by
replying to your order email or contacting us here and we will begin an investigation with the courier service. Once a
response is received from the courier service, undelivered orders will be fully replaced or refunded (based on available
inventory).
