What We Cover
If your claim is approved, we'll send you a fresh pair on us — wherever you are in the world. If the style, size or colour you had is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.
Think seam splits or fabric fails — stuff that's on us, decided at our discretion.
What We Don't Cover
Feet are wild — poor shoe fit (like rubbing in loose kicks), wrong sock size, or rough care can wear them down fast. That's not our fault. Tumble drying is the most common cause of care-related damage and isn't covered, so please keep them out of the dryer. Damage from accidents, alterations, or expected everyday wear isn't covered either.
Making a Claim
Hit us up by emailing us within 6 months. Send your order number or proof of purchase, some details and a pic of the issue. You can also contact us by replying to your order confirmation email, or via our contact page.
Only applies to socks bought from Creepers Socks or authorized retailers. Our call's final.
Expected mileage:
Our socks typically match the lifespan of a lightweight running shoe: around 500 miles (800km), or roughly 4–6 months of regular use. Some last longer, some less, depending on use, terrain, foot shape and shoe fit.
