To make it quick and easy, we ship from three locations:
1. New Zealand
2. TN, USA (for USA and International orders)
3. Australia

In addition to shipping locally within those three countries, we also ship to a limited number of international destinations:** the UK, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, and Denmark. We cannot currently ship to any other countries currently.
International: International orders (outside of the USA, NZ & Aus) ship seamlessly via our international shipping partner, Passport Shipping, which takes the hassle out of taxes, duties and customs clearance by calculating it at checkout. Duties and taxes and not included in "free shipping".
How long will it take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays and then orders to NZ, USA, and AUS addresses take 2-6 days to arrive and all other countries (international orders) arrive within 8-16 working days after being shipped, in most cases.
